I specialize in developing analytical systems for the real-time analysis of molecules, biomolecules, cells, and tissue cultures on-chip.

I completed my Ph.D. on the development of “A Chemical, biochemical or biological analysis system utilizing luminescent detection” (US20170275155A1). This analytical system integrated a surface acoustic wave micromixer to a sensitive photodetector to perform real-time luminescent microanalyses on-chip.

I am interested in engineering biomedical microdevices to grow functional tissue units using differentiated induced pluripotent stem cells on tissue-specific extracellular matrix scaffolds under physicochemical stimulation.
