  • Providing Internet Services via the MacOS is a book with a supporting website with handy URLs.
  • You might want to switch caps lock and control keys on a Mac keyboard to be more like a Un!x keyboard, but that's not as easy as you might hope. Quinn "The Eskimo!" has comments on keyboards too.
