The University of North Carolina’s Graduate School recently awarded BME graduate student Soha Bazyar with a 2017-2018 Dissertation Completion Fellowship. This fellowship program is designed to support doctoral students in the final year of their dissertation by enabling awardees to focus full time on research and writing, which improves quality of work and shortens the time to degree completion.
