BME Head Dr. Nancy Allbritton has been selected as the 2016 recipient of the Award in Chemical Instrumentation by the American Chemical Society’s Division of Analytical Chemistry. This incredible honor is awarded annually to the member who advances the field of chemical instrumentation through the development of unique instrumentation that has made a significant impact on the field; who demonstrates innovative use of instrumentation in chemical measurement; who stimulates other researchers to use instrumentation in chemical measurement; or who authors research papers that have had an influential role in the use of chemical instrumentation. Dr. Allbritton will receive her award at the Fall ACS meeting and has been invited to both attend the Division Banquet and give a presentation at the Awards Ceremony. Congratulations to Dr. Allbritton for this fanstastic achievement!
