| Project Description |
I am collaborating with Josie Bodle and Candace Rubenstein to investigate primary cilia and their role in osteogenic differentiation of human adipose derived stem cells through utilizing fluorescent microscopy and cilia-specific protein knockdowns. I am also working on validating the cyclical tensile strain bioreactor as a tool for our cilia research.
